BYG crushers and pulverizers.

Three families covering 5 to 45 tonne carriers — double-cylinder crushers for primary demolition, rotating pulverizers for secondary work, and fixed pulverizers including two magnet versions for pulling rebar straight out of the crush. Primary — JSDH

Two cylinders, HARDOX jaws and rear blades that cut rebar inside the concrete. 6 to 45 tonne.

Secondary — JRP

360° rotating pulverizer for downsizing and clean-up. 5 to 40 tonne.

Fixed — JFP

Simpler, cheaper, and available with a 600 mm magnet on the M models. 6 to 35 tonne.

Double cylinder crusher

JSDH56 to JSDH320 — 6 to 45 tonne.

Two cylinders instead of one, which is what lets it hold a bite on reinforced concrete rather than skating off it. Rear jaw blades cut the reinforcing steel inside the pour, so you are not stopping to burn it out. Built in HARDOX with speed-valve cylinders and full 360° rotation.

Two cylinders, one bite

One cylinder pushes, the other holds. That is what stops the jaw walking off a reinforced pour halfway through the crush — and why the rear blades get a chance to cut the rebar rather than bend it.

Rotating pulverizer

JRP67 to JRP280 — 5 to 40 tonne.

Secondary demolition and recycling. Crushing force is quoted three ways, and the numbers that matter are the middle and tip figures — that is what you get where the material actually sits, not at the pivot.

Rotation where it matters

Secondary work means constantly re-presenting the tool to material that has already fallen. A rotating head does that without the operator tracking the machine round every time.

Rotation motor runs on 40–60 l/min at 120 bar across the whole range, so one rotate circuit spec covers every model.

Pulverizer

JFP80 to JFP245, and the magnet models.

The fixed pulverizer — no rotation, fewer hoses, less to go wrong and a good deal less money. NM400 steel jaw with replaceable teeth, and 360° rotation available as an option if you decide you want it later. The JFPM models add a 600 mm 24V DC magnet for lifting the rebar out as you go.

Fixed, and cheaper for it

No rotate motor, no extra circuit, fewer hoses to snag. NM400 jaw with teeth that bolt off when they are worn. The JFPM models add a 600 mm magnet so the rebar comes out with the crush instead of after it.
