Which breaker is right for my machine?
The breaker has to match the carrier. Too small and it will not do the work; too big and it hammers the machine as hard as the rock. Every listing in our shop shows the breaker’s weight and the carrier range it suits, but the quickest way is to tell us your machine’s make and model and the work you are doing — matching breakers to machines has been in the family since 1979. Every breaker we sell comes with a headstock to suit your machine, hoses and quick-release couplings.
How quickly can you deliver?
Typically 3–5 working days anywhere in Ireland, north or south. In-stock units — everything in the shop is physically in stock in Ballyclare — can often go out faster. See delivery & returns for the details.
My breaker needs repaired — what will it cost?
We charge a £100 strip-and-assess fee: we strip the breaker down, inspect every wearing part, and give you a written quote for the repair before any work is done. If you go ahead, you know exactly what you are paying and why. No surprises on the invoice.
Can you collect my breaker, or lend me one while mine is in?
We do not run a collection service or keep loan units — keeping those costs out is part of how we keep repair prices down. Most customers drop the attachment in on a trailer or send it with a haulier. Ring ahead and we will book it straight into the workshop at Dennison Industrial Estate, Ballyclare.
Do you only look after the brands you sell?
No — we service, repair and rebuild every make of hydraulic breaker and attachment, and we supply parts, chisels and seal kits for every make too. NPK, GB, JOBS, Tecna and everything else that comes through the door.
What if parts for my attachment are obsolete?
That is what our 3D scan-to-part service is for. We scan the worn or broken component and have a new one manufactured from the scan — even when the original manufacturer no longer supports the attachment. Nobody else in Ireland offers this.
