Built in Superior, Wisconsin since 1997 and sold into demolition and scrap yards worldwide. Genesis is an NPK company — the same group that builds the breakers we already supply — so one supplier, one parts line and one phone number covers the whole lot.

Mobile shears
GXT EVO — the scrap and demolition shear.
The EVO is the current generation of the GXT: same power, fewer weld joints in the stick, a dual-puck pivot that takes stress out of the structure, and blade kits that interchange with existing GXT models so you are not stocking two sets. Carrier weights below are the manufacturer minimums — boom mount first, stick mount second.
Which one fits
Boom-mounted shears sit tight to the machine and suit fixed processing. Stick-mounted (the R models, with extra reach) suit a machine that has to get into a structure. A 3rd-member installation, or a 2nd-member one near the minimum weight, needs sign-off from Genesis before it goes on — we handle that.

Multi-jaw processors
LXP — one body, three jaw sets.
Buy the body once and change the jaw to suit the job: a shear jaw for steel, rebar and aluminium, a concrete cracker jaw for primary demolition, or a pulverizer jaw for downsizing and clean-up. Each jaw set has its own pivot geometry, so you get the right power curve rather than a compromise. The bolt-on piercing tip changes in minutes with no grinding or welding, and the regeneration valve cuts cycle time by up to a third.
Reading the table
CC is the concrete cracker jaw, CP the pulverizer jaw. Notice the jaw opening jumps on the cracker and pulverizer jaws — an LXP 800 CC opens to 1,805 mm, more than enough to take a bridge deck in one bite, while the shear jaw on the same body opens 1,015 mm but bites far harder.
Four-way indexable guide, razor and primary blades give four usable cutting edges before a blade is scrap.

Alongside the LXP, Genesis build the GRX Razer X multi-jaw demolition tool and the GVP 07 for mini-excavators and skid steers — the GVP takes shear, concrete cracker, grapple or wire-cutter jaws on a carrier small enough to work inside a building.

Crushing, cracking and pulverizing.
Four families, and which one you want comes down to whether the tool is doing primary demolition, secondary downsizing or both.
GDR Demolition Recycler
The all-rounder, and the one that suits high-reach work as well as ground level. Available with concrete cracker, pulverizer or shear jaws on the 150, 200 and 300, and cracker or pulverizer on the 400. Reverse-mounted cylinder keeps the rod out of the debris; indexable blades give two cutting edges.

GCP Concrete Processor
Big jaw, big crushing force, no intensifier needed — the power comes from a protected large-bore cylinder, and a regeneration valve improves cycle time by up to 33%. One-piece bolt-on tooth bed and one-piece lower wear pad protect the parent steel and swap out quickly. R models add reach.

The GMP is mechanical — it hangs off the stick and uses the machine’s own crowd rather than a dedicated cylinder, which keeps it cheap to run. Weld-in teeth can be rebuilt in place; bolt-in teeth swap in the field. The GCC Concrete Cracker and M7 Concrete Cracker round out the range for pure primary cracking.
Grapples
Severe-duty and handling grapples.
Two different tools that get called the same thing. The GSD is built to take the full breakout force of the machine through a single tine — that is the one for rip-rap, road breaking, demolition sorting and land clearing. The GHG is a rotating handling grab for demolition, C&D and waste, with dual high-torque motors from the GHG 20 up and no case drain line to plumb.
GSD Severe-Duty Grapple
Boxed tine construction, recessed welds so the weld is not the wear surface, and weld-in replaceable Hardox tine tips. Nine sizes from a 250 kg tool on a 4.5 tonne machine to a 7.5 tonne tool on a 127 tonne machine.

GHG Handling Grapple
Ten sizes, the smallest on a 2.5 tonne machine. Oversized main pins with wear bushings and O-ring seals, a hydraulically cushioned cylinder, and hydraulic connections fully encased so there is less to snag and less to leak.

Genesis tooling is specified against the machine, not bought off a shelf. Get us these four things and we will come back with a shortlist and a price.
The machine
Make, model and operating weight, and whether the tool is going on the boom, the stick or a third member. Third-member fits need Genesis approval — we get that for you.
The work
Structural steel, reinforced concrete, scrap, waste sorting or rail. A shear that suits a scrap yard is the wrong tool on a bridge deck.
The hydraulics
Available flow and pressure, and whether the machine already has a rotate circuit and a return line back to tank.
The bracket
Pin-on or quick-hitch, and which hitch. We make brackets up here rather than sending you away to find someone.
